The deadline for all signed registration paperwork is 11/15.
The paperwork must be received (or at least postmarked) by the deadline. It can also be faxed to 415-338-0572 or scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

For the Varsity League, the first 16 teams who submit a COMPLETE set of signed paperwork will be the ones allowed to compete. For example, if we receive a B Team’s registration paperwork postmarked on the 15th and an A Team’s from a different school postmarked on the 17th, we will give priority to the B team. The same would occur if we receive 2 sets of paperwork postmarked at the same time but the A team’s paperwork is incomplete and the other team’s isn’t.
Coaches: You can find the set of 4 forms here. Make sure that every form is completed and signed. To be considered complete, you need to submit the school forms, coach forms, at least 4 signed student forms and make sure every student and coach has a signed set of SFSU Release of Liability forms.
It is OK for team members or coaches to be changed after this deadline. Submit the changes at this link: SLB Team Registration Changes. And follow up by mailing the corresponding signed forms ASAP.
