The Northern California Sea Lion Bowl is taking place one month from today at San Francisco State University!
There is still time to sign up to volunteer!
Why volunteer? You will be inspired by the academic excellence and ocean science knowledge of amazing young people, feel great about helping to ensure an exciting and inspirational experience for these potential future scientists, get to work with other ocean science enthusiasts and professionals, and get your very own Sea Lion Bowl T-Shirt!
The time commitment is relatively short: it includes a training session (half day, meal provided) and the day of the competition (Saturday, February 9th- breakfast, lunch and dinner provided).
All volunteers must plan to attend at least one training session, ideally including a team practice, to get the best feel for the actual competition
